We are seeking Security Analysts who will work on our various security program offerings. The Security Analysts provide our clients with threat analytics based on our managed security services program. The Security Analysis is expected  to leverage a variety of cloud-native next generation security tools to detect and prevent cyber threats to the networks and platforms of customers.

• Experience operating or maintaining data collection tools and troubleshooting the ingestion of data sources such as Syslog, event log agents, APIs, event hubs.
• Experience with query languages such as SQL and KQL.
• Windows / Linux System Administration Experience strongly preferred.
• Networking / Firewall experience.
• Identity and Access management experience.
• Troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in analyzing and creating remediation strategies for vulnerability management programs.
• Experience developing security analysis documentation and recommended remediation actions.
• Implement and maintaining security solutions, tools, and IT Policies and standards.
• Understanding of networking protocols, including (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS).
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, identity access management, cloud identity management, user provisioning best practices.
• Technical engineering capabilities that include Windows Servers and other common server platforms such as VMware, Active Directory, File, IIS, SQL, SCCM, WSUS, and others.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 services and Azure security controls and technology.
• Proficiency in using various security tools, but not limited to, SIEMS, Qualys, Metasploit, Nipper, Kali, etc.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA\HiTech\HiTrust, CIS Critical Controls, NIST, OWASP.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within an Information Security department or organization.

• Certifications such as Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst+, MCSA, MCSE, and Azure Administrator are desirable but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within an Information Security department or organization.

We are in search of security specialists with at least 5 years of relevant experience in network/Cloud or Application security testing. The resources will perform security analysis on existing or new products and participate in security programs/mentorship and input to product engineers. 

Position Summary:

• The security engineer will work on problems of varied scope independently and drive strategy for Product Security and also provide general guidance and/or direction on routine work to achieve overall program performance, schedule and quality standards.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Will create and deliver advanced security training and guidance to product engineers.
• You will guide product development teams on design changes as per security requirements.
• You will establish and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work.
• You will be responsible to drive negotiations in the interest of security.
• Will conduct reviews of specific security fixes as necessary.
• You will be responsible for conducting product penetration test in a non-disruptive way for IT/Cloud deployments, including exploit creation to demonstrate a proof of concept. 
• Will be responsible to validate the efficacy of defensive mechanisms, as well as, the engineering adherence to security policies.

Basic Qualifications :

• You would be an expert in at least one of these 3 of these areas in security – System, Web, Network, Mobile, Cloud, Windows, Cryptography
• Will have experience in writing exploits for identified vulnerabilities in the area of expertise.
• You will have an Engineering degree as your educational qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• You will have experience and the capability to identify security vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis.
• Have proficiency in System Internals (Windows or Unix) 
• You will have good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (OS, Networks)

Provides more complex design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development. Assists in developing strategy, design and data gathering approaches.

Assists in overseeing relationships between application architects and development teams to ensure that product development and implementation are coordinated. Works with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs. Recommends alternative courses of action as appropriate to meet requirement needs.

• Reviews and analyses gathered information in technical research; evaluates tools and methodologies to ensure that designs adhere to current industry, client and company standards. Develops and provides technical documentation, participates and oversees test-plan development, integration and deployment.
• Assists in overseeing business process work sessions, project meetings and joint applications development sessions to ensure that product design decisions are communicated to departmental personnel.
• Functions as a domain expert and works closely with software developers to explain the application design, and coordinates activities between the two functions to enhance product quality and efficiency. Participates in cost analysis studies to determine feasibility of approaches.
• Utilizes experience in development methodologies, coding documentation, testing methodology and industry standards to define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed design of application solutions for clients.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Guides the work of less experienced developers to create, maintain and communicate details of application designs to ensure that designs are according to specifications.
• May provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science or related field preferred
• Six or more years of product design and support experience
• Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, and development methodologies and implementation
• Experience working with product systems design principles
• Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software
• Experience working with company application development policies and procedures
• Experience working with company software and hardware products and related business issues that may impact overall business plans
